National School Psychology Week 2025 Resources
Day 1 theme is School Psychology Awareness. Linked below are resources from NASP which can help our collaborators to learn of, or more about, School Psychology.
- An adaptable Press Release which can be customized for the community/communities in which you work, and shared with others for posting in a public forum.
- If you would like to forward information about our profession to elected government officials, there is a customizable Letter to State Legislators which you can use.
- A Thank You JPG image which you can post in any digital forum in which you would like to make others aware of our profession.
- And lastly, what would School Psychology Awareness be without a flyer explaining Who Are School Psychologists? Either printed or shared digitally, you can help to get the word out about our important work on behalf of children.
Day 2 theme is Exemplary School Psychologists and Our Collaborators. The information linked below will provide you with opportunities to identify exceptional School Psychology practice.
- Each year NHASP is proud to identify and recognize a NH School Psychologist of the Year. This document contains instructions for how you can help us to identify this practitioner.
- Or, you may pursue nominating your coworker for NASP's School Psychologist of the Year Award. This webpage will explain how you may go about doing so.
Day 3 theme is School Psychologists Work for Children. The resources linked below (provided by NASP) can be used by you or others as psychoeducational learning tools for students.
- With the NSPW coloring pages, younger students can color or draw goals for their school journey or life.
- Using the "Path to My Goal" worksheet, adults can help students to set a SMART goal and identify steps toward it, as well as potential obstacles. Adults can also engage students in discussions regarding ways to overcome obstacles and find others who can help them reach their goals.
- The Finding Your Path bingo card includes various ways that older students can connect with one another by discussing shared interests and learning new things.
National School Psychology Week 2022 is November 7th-11th, 2022! NASP has provided a range of resources to help us celebrate!
Focus: Building connections between students and school communities that enhance their skills, improve their outlook, and set them up to thrive in everything they do.
The theme for 2015 School Psychology Awareness Week is Connect the Dots and THRIVE! NASP’s goal is to help connect students to the academic and social-emotional skills they need to promote personal achievement, growth, and resilience, as well as a sense of belonging and wellbeing. Resources and messaging can be adapted to students and adults, different age groups, and multiple contexts. Please visit the NASP website for more information and ideas.
