Executive Skills - Implementing an RTI / 3-Tiered Model: Study Group with Peg Dawson

Open Invitation to Join Executive Skills Study Group

As a follow-up to last spring’s NHASP’s conference on “Enhancing and Accommodating Executive Skill Development Across the Tiers,” NHASP has organized a study group to meet over the course of the coming academic year. It will give participants a chance to delve more deeply into ways to build executive skills into an RTI or 3-Tiered Model. The purposes of the group will be to grapple with ways to operationalize this goal as well as offer technical advice and peer support to those who want to attempt interventions, large or small, in their school settings. Led by Peg Dawson (and Dick Guare when available), the group is scheduled to meet 5 times between September and May in Concord at the Plymouth State University site at 2 Pillsbury St. All the dates selected are Mondays (4 – 6 pm): September 15, October 27, December 1, January 12, March 2, and April 13. CEU’s for participation will be granted.
